Welcome to AIVIONT Genesis, a human-led consulting subgroup operated by AIVIONT ("AIVIONT," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AIVIONT Genesis website and any consulting, strategy, analytics, automation, or advisory services offered under the AIVIONT Genesis brand. By accessing this website or engaging services under AIVIONT Genesis, you agree to these Terms.
2. Brand and Legal Structure
AIVIONT Genesis is not a separate legal entity. All services, agreements, invoices, and legal obligations associated with AIVIONT Genesis are provided by and entered into with AIVIONT. References to AIVIONT Genesis describe a service line and internal operating group within AIVIONT.
3. Scope of Services
AIVIONT Genesis provides human-led consulting services, which may include: Strategic growth and business advisory AI audits and operational reviews Analytics interpretation and insight development Automation planning and system design Content, funnel, and campaign strategy Executive, founder, and operator advisory Services may incorporate AI-assisted tools and platforms. All services are advisory unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
4. No Guaranteed Results
You acknowledge that: Marketing, growth, and revenue outcomes vary No guarantees are made regarding performance or results Recommendations are based on available information, experience, and tools at the time Execution decisions and business outcomes remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: Provide accurate and timely information Maintain permissions you grant to AIVIONT Confirm you have the right to share all data, accounts, and assets Comply with all third-party platform policies AIVIONT is not responsible for outcomes caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.
6. Analytics and Platform Access
If you grant AIVIONT access to analytics platforms, advertising accounts, websites, or social accounts: Access is used solely for agreed consulting purposes Credentials are handled with reasonable security measures Access may be revoked by the client at any time Ownership and control of all accounts remain with the client
7. AI-Assisted Services
Certain services may involve AI-assisted analysis, forecasting, or recommendations. You acknowledge that: AI outputs are probabilistic and non-deterministic AI does not replace human judgment AI-generated insights are advisory and informational only
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: AIVIONT retains ownership of its internal frameworks, methodologies, systems, and tools Clients retain ownership of their brands, data, and original materials Deliverables are licensed for internal client use and may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information unless disclosure is legally required or authorized in writing.
10. Payments and Fees
Fees, billing terms, and payment schedules are defined in separate agreements or invoices issued by AIVIONT. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: AIVIONT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client to AIVIONT in the three months preceding the claim
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
